Jess has been building and managing brand communities for 10 years, with a special focus on the tech sector. She started her career in the non-profit sector as a volunteer for youth leadership organisation AIESEC and organised large-scale youth conferences in Australia, Tunisia, Malaysia and Jordan. Since then, Jess has held roles in community, social and communication at Microsoft Europe, Virgin Australia, Queensland Museum and Microsoft Stores. As part of her role at Microsoft Stores, Jess coordinated a program of 1500+ in-person events and training sessions each year. As Community Manager at Asana, Jess looks after the Asana Together Ambassador program for the Asia-Pacific region, including community programs and virtual events.
