Jessica coaches problem-solvers to think like designers and technologists so they don’t waste their time answering the wrong questions. At her latest venture, Darte Design, a Human-Centered Design Studio, Jessica is the design thinking integration strategist that translates her background in traditional design and making to the space of complex systems and human experiences, like schools, start-up incubators, and banks. She takes a natural inclination to the early phases of the design process and gets most excited with classic examples in the field for how design research pays off.
