    Jesse Hatfield is the development and communications manager at the Boston Private Industry Council, a nonprofit organization that works to connect youth and adults with education and employment opportunities. Previously she worked in Washington, DC at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and at Crittenton Services of Greater Washington. Jesse graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a minor in Hispanic studies. She is a Young Philanthropist Fellow with The Philanthropy Connection, and serves on the Grants Review, Marketing & Communications, and Strategic Planning committees. Jesse is passionate about working with under-served youth populations, and currently is a member of the Board of Ambassadors for Silver Lining Mentoring, a TPC grantee.
