Jess Wass is a Career Coach, Consultant, Facilitator, and Speaker who helps overachievers who feel ‘stuck’ at work find lasting satisfaction in their careers and learn to achieve with intention. Jess has a Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and extensive experience working in high-intensity environments within the finance, consulting, Fortune500 and startup space. Coming from a multiracial, interfaith family has taught her to hold multiple perspectives at once and allows her to see patterns that others may miss.
