Jess Tillis is the Senior Manager of Global Operations at Fivetran - a company that sells automated data pipelines. In her current role, she leads a team of four phenomenal operations managers to ensure that our internal processes and tools set up our Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Alliances teams for success. Prior to this position she was a marketing analyst at Fivetran and a global ecommerce data analyst/scientist at PopSockets, where she worked with global eCommerce data to make recommendations to the product and marketing teams. Before PopSockets, Jess was an educator and school leader at a middle school in Denver.
