Jess Greco is a designer & researcher dedicated to helping teams make better products, and teaching the fundamentals of user experience. She uses her expert facilitation skills to get everyone on the same page about the practices and processes that support evidence-based decision making. When she isn’t teaching at General Assembly she may be found conducting research for the service design shop We Are Experience. She previously worked as a design and research lead for the Amplify Tablet System (an Android-based classroom orchestration platform) and at the Wall Street Journal.
