For the last eight years, Jenny Hudak has been the Talent Director at Anomaly, named Agency of the Year by Ad Age in 2017. While a big part of Jenny's role is to helps find the best talent for all seven of Anomaly's offices globally, her mission in achieving this is through expanding the definition of "good talent" to be as wide, varied, and inclusive as the world we live in and the people in it. Looking for talent in different spaces, and making opportunity for new talent to emerge and thrive is at the center of that mission. In 2014, she also helped found & run Yoga Shanti, a yoga studio in the heart of New York City. Prior to moving to New York, Jenny was the Talent Director for Strategy at Leo Burnett in Chicago for 8 years. Jenny comes from a family of ten kids, which was an instrumental component to her development as a "people person."
