At Airbnb, Jenny leads the Homes Host engineering teams to drive paid and organic supply growth, improve host performance, and build investments in our host community. Prior to her current role, she led a full-stack engineering team responsible for Homes merchandising in the guest search experience. Jenny co-founded and ran a startup, Wanderable - a honeymoon registry, for 4 years; and before that, she was an engineer on the Mechanical Turk service in AWS.
