Jennifer Simpson is Founder of A Bolder Vision, and recently served as Global Partner at Conversant, a Boulder-based leadership consultancy. She stepped forward to bring Radical Generosity to Colorado because she has seen firsthand what is possible when women receive the support and encouragement to succeed—and what is lost when that doesn’t happen regularly or well.

She is IN because building a new funding and financing model, from the ground up, fueled by passion, commitment, and savvy sisterhood has the power to transform so many important things in our lives and world.

Jennifer has dedicated her life and career to improving lives, strengthening communities, and adding value to organizations. She works with committed leaders and motivated teams to translate their visions into practice, and turn dreams into reality.

Jen’s background includes more than twenty years of experience working in and with organizations across the private, public, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors to create more meaningful and effective ways of living and working together; more than a decade of teaching university courses in communication and leadership disciplines; and a lifetime of bridging worlds in a way that helps people find clarity where there is confusion, tap into as-yet undiscovered (or long-forgotten) talents, and make a bigger, bolder difference in the world.
