Jennifer's practice encompasses all areas of general corporate and securities law, including startup counseling, private placements of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital fund formation. Jennifer advises her company clients in many aspects of their businesses including raising capital, protecting IP, setting up equity compensation plans, licensing and distribution, and strategic partnerships. Jennifer also founded the firm’s Blockchain and Digital Currency practice and is working with numerous startups in that industry. Jennifer is particularly passionate about supporting women and underserved populations in launching, funding and accelerating businesses with diverse leadership teams. She has twice been named among LA’s most influential women attorneys and minority attorneys. She has also been named as among LA’s 500 most influential people.
