Jennifer Ponder a community leader, creative software developer, and technology speaker. She is currently the National Program Director at STEM Atlanta Women where she leads delivery of STEM and emerging technology-focused programs and curriculum to expose middle school and high school girls to STEM-related education and career paths. Likewise, she specializes in React 360 virtual reality software development as an engineer.
She is also an advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech. She has worked with local and global startups and non-profits on several diversity-related and allyship project initiatives and events. Additionally, Jennifer has shared her journey of how she started in tech on podcasts and web series. She recently spoke at the Women's International Day Google Developer Group 2021 event, The 2021 VR/AR Global Summit, and the Power of Technology tour events in 2019 & 2020.
Likewise, Jennifer provides advisement and mentorship to women entrepreneurs in the tech space. She was chosen in January 2020 as the Atlanta Chapter Co-Lead for Black Women Talk Tech (Talk Tech Association) which provides resources, virtual events, and workshops for women founders at the local and national level.
