    Jennifer Ponder is a community leader, creative software developer, and technology speaker. In her current role at Women Who Code, she leads a global community of front end developers. She also specializes in React 360 virtual reality development. She is an advocate for diversity in tech, and has worked with startups and non-profits in the Atlanta area on several diversity and inclusion initiatives/events.

    Recently, she spoke about her journey into tech and the importance of allies at the 2019 Power of Technology Tour at Cloud Tech Academy. Jennifer is also passionate about entrepreneurship. She has been chosen as the new Atlanta chapter co-lead for Black Women Talk Tech, which provides resources, mentorship, and workshops for African American women founders at the local and national level.
