Jennifer Kumura
Jennifer is a user experience immersive instructor and product designer. She studied and has professional experience in Human-Centered Design, focusing on Human Computer Interaction over the past 6 years. Her continual passion in the field is driven by understanding and designing for the relationship between technology and overall well-being (mental, environmental, societal, etc.)
She loves the entirety of the design process from research to strategy to low-fi / high-fi design to development. She believes that through the education of the UX process, the next generation of designers will be empowered to create meaningful and effective solutions.
In addition to teaching at GA, Jennifer dances hula, plays taiko, and volunteers at the Crisis Text Line.
