Jennifer is a seasoned recruiter, legal maven, and all-around partnerships juggernaut, and is focused on working with populations that face barriers to access in the job seeker journey.
Jennifer has spent the past 7+ years in candidate development, working in TA recruiting/sourcing for companies such as Google and Indeed, where she has worked with thousands of candidates, created consultative relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, built D&I networks, processes and employee training.
She holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston where she was able to experience the world of diversity and inclusion from the foundational perspectives within social justice, civil rights and unlawful termination fellowships and clerkships during her time there. Her passion for job seeker education and awareness is contagious and her experience in creating dynamic spaces for job seekers to learn and thrive continues on as Partnerships Lead & Career Coach for GA Austin. She is currently pursuing a professional certification in Teaching Adult Learners from the University of San Diego.
