Jennifer Bush was the first UX writer at Nest. Now she manages the team. Jen got her first taste of Silicon Valley life in customer support at WebTV, where she developed a passion for consumer products and a healthy dose of user empathy. Since then, she’s held roles in program management and UX writing at companies big and small, like Microsoft, Danger and Houzz. Jen has degrees in Mass Communications and Sociology from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
