Jen Busenbark is the VP of Product at ActiveCampaign, a SaaS marketing automation platform that helps businesses meaningfully connect and engage with their customers. At ActiveCampaign, Jen is responsible for developing and executing on the product vision to continue to provide value for our customers.

Prior to joining ActiveCampaign, Jen was a Director of Product at Braintree, where she joined in 2009 as the first product manager. In her eight years at Braintree, she helped design Braintree’s processes including planning, building, launching and just about everything else pertaining to software delivery, in addition to scaling the team to over 20 product managers. Jen spent the first nine years of her career as a consultant for ThoughtWorks, a global IT consulting company, helping clients build products in industries such as leasing, insurance, and online auctions.

Jen continues to give back as a member of the tech community in Chicago, taking active roles in groups like Product Tank Chicago, as well as smaller groups to help empower and engage her peers.
