Jenna Pascual (she/her) is a Life Coach, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, and Joy Advocate. After losing her mom to cancer when she was 15 and being diagnosed with Repetitive Stress Syndrome while working at a Fortune 100 company, she is now on a mission to help people incorporate more presence, pleasure, and play in both their personal and professional lives. She lovingly offers private and group coaching to womxn of color and joyfully adds fun to the workday through her Laughter Yoga classes specifically designed for teams and companies. Jenna has worked with companies like Google, Salesforce, and Roche Diagnostics and has been featured on podcasts like The Leadership Habit and Asians Redefining Their Success. She’s also a 2nd generation Filipina-American born and raised in the Bay Area (Ohlone Land) and is honored to walk beside womxn through their grief, decolonization, and ancestral healing journey.
