Jenelle Coy is a first-generation Trinidadian American and an award-winning multidisciplinary entrepreneur. In 2018, Jenelle was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 list-maker and a Washington Business Journal Minority Business Leader of The Year.

Jenelle is the Founder and Managing Director of Spero Studio, an award-winning, culture-forward strategy studio serving clients in: social impact, public affairs and finance. In 2019 and 2020, Spero was named to the 50 Fastest Growing Woman Owned Business in America List (5th and 7th, respectively). Her work in creative direction is heavily impacted by her personal travels, cultural identity and cross-cultural immersive experiences.
