As Founder of Kitchen Kibitz, a pop-up dining experience focused on modern Jewish cuisine, he teams up with local chefs to highlight classic flavors of the old world and elevate techniques with a modern spin. What started as a side hustle in 2013, grew into a deeper passion project with an emphasis in creating a more connected city and preserving food traditions. Having built a career in community building and customer advocacy, he merges his passion for food and hospitality to create memorable experiences for diners.
An avid explorer and curious about all things food, he's most happy when wandering a new city or studying a new cuisine.
