Having spent 15 years as a leader and executive productively building businesses and inspiring staff to create success for themselves and their organizations - Jeaneen leveraged her years in the corporate world to launch her facilitation, executive coaching and workshop/retreat practice back in 2000. She has been recognized as one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier executive coaches serving both high potential, rising star professionals and senior leaders alike. Jeaneen is a Conscious Business Facilitator for Linkedin. Her industry experience spans retail, high tech, financial services, architecture, law and health care.

Jeaneen is a world-class sailor, having placed 17th in North America on an all female crew. She has practiced meditation since 1991 and brings mighty intuition to her work. Jeaneen loves water, mountains, India, hot vinyasa yoga and living on an island in the Pacific Northwest near Seattle.

She serves on the faculty of the Coaches Training Institute where she completed her coaching and leadership training earning her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential. Jeaneen completed advanced training in Organization & Relationship System Coaching with CRR Global. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and holds the certification of Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She graduated Magna Cum Laude and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
