Jean Lyu is a Career Development Manager at a private university in the Los Angeles area. She has various experiences in career counseling, career development/exploration, career planning, decision making, college admission guidance, academic advising, diversity recruitment/retention, and public speaking.
Her passion includes helping traditional, non-traditional, and graduate students maximize their university experience through experiential education, curriculum integration, and application of theory to practice.
Prior to working in higher education, Jean explored the field of finance and realized her calling was to help college students explore their academic, career, and identity development.
