Jayson is a designer manager at Pivotal Labs. He's been working in design for over 10 years, and technology for over 15. Prior to his work at labs, he was a UX director in New York City.
He's worked on a myriad of projects, from at-scale automation systems to mortgage platforms to dating apps to virtual reality, and in industries ranging from financial to fashion. Some of his clients: Ikea, Mastercard, Volkswagen, Puma, Weightwatchers, Alexandar Wang, Knoll Furniture, and Burberry.
He believes deeply in balanced teams over hierarchical management, agile design over waterfall, and donuts over cookies.
