Many years in various customer service/community manager roles fed the desire to be a larger part of delighting customers through thoughtful, user-centered product management. Before taking a brief pause to spend more time developing the products she is most proud of - her two beautiful kids - she enjoyed co-creating with the worldwide community of geocachers at Geocaching HQ in Fremont.
