Javier has more than 16 years of experience in creative direction, web/mobile design, and architecture. He began as an illustrator, then became a designer before deciding to pursue a career in technology and digital design.
That decision took him from Miami to Atlanta where he started developing websites and designing user interfaces for software. This led him to work with Fortune 500 clients including The Coca-Cola Company, The Home Depot, and Hilton Hotel Group.
As creative director and co-founder of Launch, a digital agency, he constantly challenges himself and his team to create engaging and effortless experiences which will delight users--especially when completing mundane, task-oriented processes.
