Jason is the Director of Policy & Evaluation at Bitfocus, Inc. and the Chair of the Board of Directors for the National Human Services Data Consortium (NHSDC). His work is focused on using data to gain insight and drive new solutions to homelessness. For Bitfocus, he leads the Bay Area Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) administration team, which oversees primary system configuration, user training, federal reporting, and data analysis in Santa Clara County, San Francisco, and Marin County. For NHSDC, Jason leads a team of volunteer directors who drive public policy in both directions (bottom up and top down) and facilitates human services delivery improvements
