Jason is currently the Senior Global Talent Manager at Webroot, an American internet security company based in Broomfield, CO, with other office locations worldwide. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Colorado. Jason holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Jason has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HRIS implementations, HR workflow development, training and development, and benefits administration.
