Jared has been playing with technology all his life, building mobile applications since Google was making tasty snacks called Donut and Eclair. He enjoys bridging the gap between technology, product and business development teams.
At the start of his career, his first projects were building procurement products for government agencies. Later, Jared joined AOL and built many of their mobile applications back when AOL was still cool. After that he relocated to Silicon Valley to work on a highly sensitivestealth project for Amazon/Lab126 that turned out to be a FireOs based smartphone. He lead the Android team that built an incredibly robust Speech Recognition system (Google Now and Siri equivalent) for the device. Currently, he leads the Android implementation of the Driversiti suite of products that provide contextually aware sensing applications to improve driver safety.
