With a unique blend of in-house and agency design experience, Jared Rogers brings practiced human-centered design methods, sound acumen for making business cases, and fruitful collaboration techniques to the classrooms of General Assembly. Jared started his UX career at Meta, designing software products for in-house creative teams to manage their workflows. He later transitioned into client services at a digital development agency, designing websites for education and media clients like ICANN, Stanford University, and Meredith Corporation. Jared has most recently consulted on digital projects for tech companies IBM, AT&T Business, and Forcepoint. He’s now sharing his expertise with budding UX pros as a User Experience Design Immersive instructor at General Assembly Austin. When he’s not in the classroom, Jared can be found on the yoga mat or road-tripping through the US—he’s driven through every state in the lower 48!
