Janelle Arita is a Design Lead and UX Designer at IBM in Austin, TX. She works within multi-disciplinary teams comprised of designers, product managers, and engineers to create multi-million dollar enterprise software solutions. As a designer at IBM, she is exposed to a variety of public speaking scenarios through facilitating workshops, presenting her work, and leading teams. She loves looking for opportunities to reinvent everyday tools and processes for a more delightful user experience.
