She was hired to help DailyPay build their internal Talent Acquisition team from the ground up and support the company's national expansion. Jana has helped DailyPay double in size across all departments in less than 5 months and also leads recruitment efforts for the company's brand-new office in Minneapolis. Prior to DailyPay, Jana was a Director at Robert Half, where she worked closely with Fortune 500 clients to address their senior talent needs and map out their people strategies. She found her love for recruiting at the United Nations and hasn’t stopped since!
