James Taylorson is a graduate of the General Assembly UX Immersive program, and is currently a UX Consultant at the global research agency GfK. Having spent much of the prior decade working in digital advertising in both London and New York, James made the switch to UX at the back end of 2015, and since then has been involved in a wide range of UX projects, including testing a new mobile payment platform with shopkeepers in Mumbai, India.
