Jamaica’s love for kickboxing started back in 2000 as she was attending the University of Oklahoma. She began taking classes and fell in love with how strong and empowered it made her feel! Her passion led her to start teaching classes and training others how to kickbox. Jamaica dreamed of owning her own studio but put the dream on hold when she married an Air Force officer. But moving often allowed her to train in different forms of Boxing, MMA, Muay Thai all over the US with some of the best. Jamaica trained over 500 clients in high-end studios in Los Angeles and Boston. Jamaica is a National Academy of Sport Medicine certified Personal Trainer since 2006 and holds additional certifications as a MMA Conditioning Specialist, Pre/Post Natal Fitness, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist, Official mom of 2 girls, and wife. She is loving finally becoming an entrepreneur and living out her dream as owner of FLY Kickbox!
