Jake Lehrhoff is an Product Insights Manager at Spotify whose journey into Data Science and insights research included a bootcamp in 2015. This role is a second career for Jake, who started in psychology, teaching middle school English/Language Arts to autistic children before getting a masters researching empathy. In his current role, Jake oversees user research and data science across the teams building algorithmic listening experiences. We do foundational research to understand needs and drivers of human behavior, open up the problem space to discover potential solutions, and evaluate those solutions.
