Jaimie has had a successful career partnering with top bay area companies specifically within the areas of competitive recruitment, selection, and hiring. She was brought on staff under the premise of developing recruitment, retention, and talent management strategies for Premier’s small, mid and large-cap clients. At Premier she specializes in identifying talent and placing candidates in Startups (AI, Cryptocurrency, Consumer Tech, SaaS), Financial Services, Life Sciences, Real Estate, and of course other Technology Environments. Jaimie joined Premier in August of 2007 and has placed nearly 1000 people in her tenure in full-time positions. Prior to joining Premier, Jaimie worked in a similar capacity for another search firm while freelancing in the commercial and residential real estate leasing industry.
Jaimie received her B.S. in Instructional Design and Technology with a concentration in Recruitment & Retention Strategy from California State University, Chico and in her spare time enjoys being active in philanthropies including the Junior League of San Francisco. Currently, Jaimie is serving as a Director on the Board serving the Alumni and Sustainer population of the organization.
