Jacob Shea is a Partner at Structure Capital, a first round investor in Uber, Shyp, Breather, Honk, Rinse, MakeSpace, Iggbo, The Muse, etc, 130+ portfolio companies. He has spent his career focused on the interchange of technology, marketing, and business, while learning how to code in the 5th grade. Jacob played leadership roles in technology and advisory roles for Dell, NASCAR, F1, NFL, Qualcomm and Pixar. Jacob stepped in as CTO for Copia during the Y-Combinator W'16 batch, a portfolio company, focused on fighting hunger. Jacob proudly has a daughter in tech, currently in University studying Computer Science and Mathematics, and he frequently speaks about Women in STEM.
