Jaclyn Harwood is a Data Scientist at PowerReviews where she extracts knowledge and insights from review data across over a 1,000 different brands and retailers. She has worked in analytics for almost four years, spending her first two years as a Supply Chain Analyst at Walgreens optimizing their manufacturing processes and streamlining their reporting tools.
Jaclyn believes that analyzing complex datasets is the best way for businesses to build their roadmap and make the best products. She works directly with clients to help them understand their review data and find actionable insights to improve their customer experience. As a Data Scientist she has the privilege of working with many different departments on a wide variety of projects. At PowerReviews she has created predictive models, automated reports using R, and helped to build a client facing reporting tool.
Jaclyn received her Bachelors of Science & Engineering degree from the University of Michigan where she majored in Industry & Operations engineering and minored in International Studies. She currently lives in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago and in her spare time loves to travel, kickbox, play tennis, and try new restaurants.
