Jacklyn is a user experience researcher and strategist with experience in the corporate, agency and startup worlds; she’s passionate about usability, empathetic design and collaboration. She is currently a user experience researcher at Pardot, a Salesforce company.
Jacklyn is a firm believer that educating the future leaders is just as important as eating your greens; she advocates engineering and user experience career paths to young women, conducts workshops at conferences and participates in the Atlanta design community meetups.
In her free time, you can find her on the competitive dance floor, organizing the Atlanta chapter of Ladies That UX, or walking the Beltline with her dog.
