Jack is a creator and coach at Asana and serves as its "Inline image 2♥ of culture". In that role his priorities are Asana's values, distributed responsibility system, and employee career growth. Jack has also worked for many years as an engineer and engineering manager, previously leading product engineering and data science and now working on the platform team. Before joining Asana, Jack built search algorithms, Review Highlights, and review fraud detection infrastructure at Yelp.
