Jack, one of The Grounds co-founders and our head of coffee earned his stripes in 2007 for creating a perfect rosetta behind his back to win the World Latte Art Championship. Jack began his own coffee roasting brand before opening The Grounds business in 2012 and leading it to become one of Australia’s most successful hospitality companies.
