Dr Iwan Cornelius has a PhD in Physics and has researched at universities for over 10 years in the fields of detection and measurement of ionising radiation (e.g. X-rays), computational modelling of radiation environments, and virtual/augmented reality training tools for radiation workers.
Iwan transitioned from academia to industry in 2014 and is now founder and Managing Director of Amentum Aerospace - a technology company helping to protect assets and humans from harmful effects of space radiation. Iwan has used and benefited from Python throughout his professional life, and is excited to help others learn Python and use it to solve real-world problems.
