Isla is the host of Scope, Australia's kids' science and technology TV show, produced by Network Ten. She has also hosted Coding@Home, a show written by the Department of Education Queensland, to support kids to continue learning from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Isla studied a Bachelor of Science (Honours Class I), where she studied medicinal chemistry, researching anticancer drugs, as well as a Masters of Science Communication (Outreach). She has travelled across Australia presenting and facilitating science, innovation and technology workshops as part of Questacon - The National Science and Technology Centre, and is passionate about making STEM accessible for all young people.
