    Ishika is a Product Manager at Oscar Health, where her team is building out a healthcare claims processing system, amongst the company's overall effort to build out the next generation of its proprietary infrastructure. Prior to Oscar, Ishika worked on the data infrastructure, search and front-end feature application teams at Compass, a real estate technology firm. Ishika started her career investing and advising technology, media and telecom companies at investment banks Raine Group and Merrill Lynch, where investments in high-growth companies like C3 Presents and public offerings for companies like Angie's List motivated her to move into a product role where she could drive value for a company. Ishika graduated with a Finance degree from the The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Ishika enjoys running, cooking and exploring New York's food and music scene.
