Ishaan Malhi is Founder and CEO of Trussle, the UK’s first online mortgage broker. Launched in 2015, Trussle aims to disrupt the mortgage market by comparing and tracking thousands of mortgage products from over 90 lenders to find the most suitable one for its customers. In 2018, Trussle closed a £13.6m funding round led by Goldman Sachs PSI and Propel Venture Partners, with participation from Finch Capital and Seedcamp.
Ishaan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Bristol University and was previously an Entrepreneur In Residence at Playfair Capital, working with, for, and investing in early-stage tech companies. Before that he spent 2 years at Merrill Lynch working on over 15 private and public Mortgage and Real Estate transactions across Europe.
Ishaan has been formally recognised as one of Britain’s top 100 entrepreneurs by the Sunday Times Maserati 100.
