Inyoung is a Melbourne based UX consultant. A human-centred designer that focuses on Digital Experiences. She recently helped The National Australia Bank (NAB) with their home lending experience and LUCRF Super company with Information Architecture. She has previously worked for RMIT Online, and Monash Uni on their user experiences. She has also been an instructor at General Assembly's Melbourne Campus.
Her professional design journey started in South Korea, 1995. From graphic designer to multi-media designer, into web designer onto internet manager. She has worked for companies ranging in size from startups to enterprise, with clients and employers including Intel Korea, Samsung, LG, Hyundai, Microsoft, and HP.
