Ilana Rosen is the Head of the Data-Driven space at ARG (Analytics Recruitment Group): a boutique international firm that specializes in connecting data talent with top roles across multiple industries. She works with professionals in data science, marketing analytics, business analytics, consumer insights, big data, data modeling, data analytics, systems, and business intelligence.
Ilana received a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, a second degree in Communication and a minor certificate in Economics. She graduated as a "University Scholar" and in the top 2% of her class from the University of Pittsburgh. In 2013, Ilana relocated to Hong Kong, where she worked as a communication coach and began recruiting for the Private and Investment Banking sectors. She joined ARG in 2014, fell in love with Asia’s exponentially growing data market, and hasn’t looked back since.
