Iain Shaw is a freelance journalist based in St. Louis, MO. Born and raised in Scotland, Iain spent almost 15 years living in Beijing, where he was an editor and contributor to several magazines. Since moving to St. Louis in 2018, Iain has been writing about the hospitality industry in the United States and China for local and national publications including St. Louis Magazine, Vinepair, Today's Hotelier and Jing Daily.
