Hilary heads up all things startups, mentors and investors at blueprint, a new tech accelerator and co-working space by Swire Properties. Prior to joining blueprint, she worked in London as Investment Manager at Seedcamp, a leading pre-seed and seed stage fund, where she managed the deal processes for fund’s portfolio companies. She also ran Seedcamp's internal learning program, helping portfolio companies attain their growth and funding goals, and looked after Seedsummit, the initiative to provide open source legal documents to the greater European startup community.
Originally from the US, Hilary moved to London after earning her BA from Yale University to join a general practice, multi-jurisdictional law firm where she was COO. During her five year tenure, she led the firm to achieve a ranking among the top 2.5% of all British law firms in practice management by the Law Society of England and Wales’ Lexcel program.
