I'm a Director at uncommonly good people (or, ugp. for short), a digital recruitment consultancy based in Singapore. My expertise lies across ad-tech, mar-tech, performance marketing, marketing sciences, e-commerce, and agency.

Previously to this I was Talent Lead at Omnicom Media Group for 4 years, and used to work on the vendor side of digital advertising for many years.

I’m from the UK (via Sydney for a few years) and am now a proud Singapore permanent resident. I'm a massive fan of D&I, mentoring new digital people, continuous learning across HRM, and any and all reality TV
