Heidi started her first business Adage.com.au and grew it to become Australia's leading job board for mature age workers and age friendly employers. Adage was later acquired by Sydney based job board OneShift in early 2015. She is now Co Founder and CEO of Mentorloop, a platform designed to make mentoring relationships easier to start, manage and participate in and is on a mission to make mentoring mainstream.
