Heidi Golledge is a renowned entrepreneur and leader in recruiting and job boards, Co-Founder and former CEO of CyberCoders and Co-Founder, Chief Happiness Officer at CareerBliss, Heidi launched Jobot in Q4 of 2018. The company’s integrated hiring platform leverages intelligent technology and experienced recruiting pros to maximize candidate placements. In just a few months, Jobot has more than 25 employees and is building a
second office in Orange County.
In 2013, Heidi sold CyberCoders in 2013 for 100+ million to ASGN, the second largest recruiting and staffing company in the nation. She was an 2013 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the growth she achieved at CyberCoders, and has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company and Business insider for her expertise in launching companies, building positive workplace cultures and fueling employee success.
She is a wife and mother of two girls, and when not building companies is taking care of her animals including her Zebra, Kenya.
